DreamsWork helps students, many of whom are "at risk," visualize a future well beyond their current circumstances through a multi-faceted, long-term mentoring program. From 4th grade at Hawthorne Elementary School through graduation from one of the Elkhart, Indiana high schools, students in the DreamsWork program are thoughtfully guided and empowered by dedicated mentors and other volunteers. Each year, up to ten students who prove themselves successful in their academic pursuits and whose lives consistently reflect integrity may receive "last-dollar" financial assistance enabling them to attend a DreamsWork approved college or university of their choice.
